About Me
Paula is a career educator and mom of two 2E daughters. She holds an Ed. D (1995) in Educational Psychology from the University of Virginia. Her research and majors were in Giftedness/Curriculum/Instruction. She earned an Ed. M. (1981) from Boston University in Reading Education and her B.A. (1979) in Elementary Education from Mercyhurst University. Over the course of a 46 year career, Paula has worked as an elementary classroom teacher, reading specialist, student teaching supervisor, college professor, academic support program director, and private tutor. She is passionate about differentiated instruction and helping children reach their potential.
